Tantra creates rhythm through rituals. It is the highest way to reach balance and harmony. The practice to connect both inner (mental) and outer (physical), forms the basis of Tantra. It works the symbolic representation of the cosmos within the body, breath, speech, mind and action. We become aware of the points of contact between the inner and outer worlds.

The awareness, knowledge and intention enable a conscious relationship we develop with the universe, our inner soul and other people and beings. Even the nature, animals, flowers, food, aromas... Everything reacts in connection with this energy. Tantra followers create love and self-unfoldment and it brings personal and planetary happiness and health.

Ayurveda and Kamasutra have a deep connection in rituals and application for health of body, mind and soul. Many studies of ancient period mention the different subjects and their utility and function especially in the sexual enjoyment.

The Human body is made of four bodies: physical, subtle (or energy), emotional, and mental bodies. We can develop relationship between our human forms and these bodies, and as much as we know our bodies and worship different parts, the result will be spiritual connection, health and pleasure. Tantra is much more than what many people think, as it is not just sexual pleasure, but spiritual living. This knowledge has been incorporated in works like Bhavaprakasa of Ayurveda and others of Kamasutra. The worship of female and male organs Yoni and Linga teaches us how to get balance and to know our bodies.

When we understand the deep spiritual energy of Tantra, our lives become full of love and peace, pleasure and happiness.
