Date Almond Milk Smoothie



• 5 whole dried dates
• 1 cup of almond milk
• 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
1 pinch of ground ginger
• 1 tsp of ground cardamon


Warm milk until it foams once and turn off the heat. Put milk, spices and dates in a blender. Blend all until it gets creamy. Serve warm in winter and room temperature or slightly cool (not cold) in summer for strong Pitta imbalance.

Note: You can use other vegetal milk such as rice, oat, linseed, soy, etc. Or if you digest lactose well, use cow´s or goat milk.
